What data we collect

This website collects very little personal data:

Email address — if you subscribe to our mailing list using the form on this site, we collect and store your email address via our email provider (Resend) so we can send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Language preference — a strictly necessary cookie remembers whether you're browsing in Spanish, English, or French. It does not track you and is not used for advertising or analytics.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, as it's hosted on Meta's platform rather than ours.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this website.

Legal basis for processing

We process your email address based on your consent, given when you submit the subscription form. The language-preference cookie is processed on the basis of legitimate interest, as it's necessary for the website to function correctly and does not identify you personally.

How long we keep your data

Your email address is kept for as long as you remain subscribed to our mailing list, or until you ask us to delete it.
